These terms govern use of la-kass.com and purchases or service arrangements with La-Kass LLC (“La Kass,” “we,” “us”). Review them before ordering. Relevant product details, the Refund and Returns Policy, and any agreed written service or rental quote also apply. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over conflicting provisions. Browsing does not constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges appear before payment. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the payment method. Order acknowledgment confirms receipt; acceptance remains subject to availability and lawful verification. We may decline an order for a genuine availability issue, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error, notify you, and refund amounts collected for a canceled item. Changes do not alter an already accepted order without your agreement or a lawful reason.
Products, shipping and returns
Product images and screen colors can vary; material specifications and written descriptions govern. Delivery estimates depend on the item and destination and do not remove our obligations concerning promised shipping dates, delay notices, cancellations, or refunds. Shipping eligibility and costs are those disclosed for your order. Please report missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly. The published Refund and Returns Policy governs the return process, subject to applicable statutory rights; a requested reporting window does not eliminate a non-waivable legal remedy.
Quotes, services and rentals
A website inquiry requests a quote; it is not a booking, guarantee of availability, or authorization to charge. Chair and tent rentals, cleaning, moving, and truck rentals require written confirmation of scope, date, location, price, and any deposit before work is scheduled. Cancellation rules, overtime, delivery/setup, fuel/mileage, equipment condition, insurance, and damage charges apply only as disclosed and accepted in the relevant agreement; no unspecified fee is imposed by this page.
Provide accurate access, load, space, and project information. Tell us about hazards before work begins. Rental equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose; vehicle use requires applicable licensing and any agreed eligibility checks. Unsafe conditions can require a pause or rescheduling, with charges and remedies governed by the agreement and law. Services requiring permits, licensing, or insurance are offered only subject to the applicable requirements. Liability for damage is assessed from the facts and agreement, not presumed from ordinary wear.
Authority of representatives
La-Kass LLC is the contracting business unless a written agreement identifies another contracting party. Managers, employees, sales staff, and authorized representatives act on behalf of the company within their authority, and are not personally contracting with you merely by answering questions or assisting with an order. Binding changes to price, scope, refund arrangements, or guarantees must be confirmed through an authorized company channel in writing. This does not exclude liability imposed by law for an individual’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable responsibility.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not attempt unauthorized access, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malicious uploads, or disruption. Do not bypass technical protections or harvest personal information, bulk-copy the catalog, or scrape the site without written authorization except to the extent applicable law permits. We may restrict abusive access proportionately, while respecting existing lawful orders and customer rights.
Content and intellectual property
The website design and original materials belong to La-Kass LLC or their respective rights holders. Product brands and third-party materials remain the property of their owners. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, La-Kass LLC and its managers, employees, sales staff, and authorized representatives are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from website use. Where legally enforceable, liability for a particular transaction is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. Events beyond reasonable control may affect timing. We will communicate material delays and apply contractual and legally required cancellation or refund rights. Such events do not automatically excuse all performance or eliminate customer remedies. No employee or sales representative can promise immunity from legal responsibility.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling. A purchase or service inquiry is not automatic enrollment in promotional messages. Do not send sensitive credentials through ordinary forms.
Disputes, law and updates

Maryland law governs to the extent legally permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction available under applicable law.
