Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care and health items
Refund Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- We may ask you to provide photographs or videos of the defective product as proof.
- Incorrect Products
- If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
- The incorrect item must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Non-Delivery of Products
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time (due to factors such as shipping delays), you may be eligible for a refund after confirming the non-delivery with our team.
- We allow up to 30 days for the delivery of your product, after which refunds will be considered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to process.
- Contact your bank for confirmation of any delays.

Non-Refundable Items
The following situations and products are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of Mind – We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Sale Items – Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and non-refundable.
- Personalized or Custom Products – Custom-made or personalized products cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.
Third-Party Products
Some items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. The return and refund policies of those suppliers may apply, and we will do our best to assist you in coordinating the process. However, these policies may vary.
Return Process
- Requesting a Return
To return an item, please contact us via our Contact Page with the following information:- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong product)
- Supporting photographs or videos (for defective products)
- Return Approval
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund within 3-5 business days.
- Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. La-Kass LLC is not responsible for returns lost during shipment.
Refund Process
- Once a Return is Approved
- Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Cancellations
- Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After the 24-hour window, cancellations are no longer accepted as the order may already be in processing or shipping.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations
- If your order has not been shipped after the 24-hour window, you may still request a cancellation, but a cancellation fee of 15% of the order total will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions and Force Majeure
La-Kass LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors outside our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, shipping delays due to carrier issues, or other force majeure events.
